VIN codes of the engine and year of release of model
The structure of VIN includes two positions having special importance are codes of the engine of year of release of model. When counting at the left the index taking the 8th position in VIN will be a code of the engine, information about a year of release of model is coded in the alphabetic index taking the 10th position.
For the models considered in this Management a code of the engine can have the following values:
