7. Turning each of bolts of fastening of a basket to a flywheel gradually for one approach, weaken them. Check a disk on weakening of rivets, existence of deformations, the cracks, the broken springs and other damages. 4. Check a condition of the processed surfaces and petals of a diafragmenny spring of assembly of a basket of coupling with a press disk. If the surface is covered with furrows or otherwise damaged, replace assembly. Also check a basket on existence of signs of obvious damages, deformations and cracks. Easy polishing of a press disk can be eliminated by means of an emery paper. For replacement of assembly use new or fabrichno the restored blocks.

1. Before installation wipe the processed surfaces of a flywheel and a basket of coupling by the rags moistened in acetone. It is important, that on these surfaces or on overlays of a conducted disk oil or greasing did not get. Touch components with only clean hands.
2. Put a conducted disk and a coupling basket to a flywheel and press them by means of the centering tool. Also grease contact surfaces of the lever of switching off of coupling and the holder of the bearing of primary shaft of a transmission.
7. Establish to the place of vyzhimny the bearing (The section Removal, check of a condition and installation of the vyzhimny bearing of coupling).
8. Establish into place a transmission (Head the Manual box of gear shifting).
9. Establish the executive cylinder (The section Removal and installation of components of hydraulic system of switching off of coupling).
10. Clean jacks and lower the car on the earth.
11. Carry out trial runs, having checked serviceability of functioning of a transmission and coupling.
