- If the motor of a drive of screen wipers does not work in general, first of all check a safety lock condition (Undressed Safety locks - the general information).
- Check serviceability of the switch of screen wipers (The section Check of serviceability of functioning and replacement of the universal podrulevy switch).
- Take from the assembly block of safety locks the chain breaker (Undressed Safety locks - the general information). By means of an ohmmeter measure resistance between plugs. If resistance is equal to zero, replace the chain breaker.
- Remove the motor of a drive of screen wipers (see item 1-5). Turn the ignition key in the situation ON.
- At the switched-off screen wipers measure resistance between the plug 4 sockets of the motor and weight. The indication should equal to zero. If is not present, - restore the broken grounding.

- Having transferred the switch in screen wipers to a low-high-speed mode, measure tension on the plug 5. It should equal to tension of the battery. If it so, but the motor does not work, it is faulty and is subject to replacement.

Replacement

|
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- With wax pencil mark the provision of brushes on a windscreen, then give nuts and remove levers of screen wipers.
- Uncover a fairing (Head the Body).
- Disunite the electric socket of the motor, give fixing bolts and remove the motor assembled with drafts, having taken out it from space under a fairing.
- Holding a driving crank of the motor a wrench, give a nut and remove a crank. Overturn assembly upside down, give three fixing screws and separate the motor from assembly of drafts.

Cleaner of glass of a door of a back

- Check a safety lock condition in the assembly block (Undressed Safety locks - the general information).
- Remove facing of the panel of switches on a control panel and remove the switch of a screen wiper of a window of a door of a back (Head the Body). Connect the switch and test the plug 1 at the included ignition. The voltmeter should show tension of the battery. If is not present, in a contour between the switch and the assembly block of safety locks there is a break.

- If tension of the battery is present on the corresponding plugs, terminal connections of conducting are found in a satisfactory condition, and the motor does not work, the switch is faulty.
- Lift a door of a back and remove the panel of its internal upholstery (Head the Body).
- Disunite the electric socket on assembly of the motor of a screen wiper.
- Having turned the ignition key in the situation OFF, make sure that resistance between the plug 3 motors and weight equally to zero. If it not so, restore the broken grounding. Close a door of a back and make sure that resistance between the plug 6 and weight equally to zero. If is not present, - make repair of the sensor switch of leaky closing of a door of a back and/or electroconducting.
- Include ignition and check food existence on the motor in each of positions of the switch (switch). If tension is present, the switch and electroconducting as it should be, replace the motor.

- Disconnect the lever of a screen wiper and remove a nut, facing and laying.
- Open a back door, remove the panel of its internal upholstery (Head the Body) and disunite the electric socket.
- Supporting the motor one hand, give two fixing bolts, then remove the motor from the car.
- Installation make upside-down.
