Description of a principle of functioning and diagnostics of a control system by speed (темпостата)

Tempostat serves for keeping of speed of the car at the chosen level, exercising administration of the provision of a butterfly valve by means of the motor of the servo-driver and the driving cable connecting the motor to draft of a butterfly valve. The structure of system includes the servo-driver motor, the sensor switch of stoplights, the coupling switch, switches of management and connecting wires and vacuum hoses. Check of some of characteristics of system demands use of the special equipment and lies outside the limits of qualification of the average amateur mechanic. The description of the main procedures, allowing to reveal common problems of functioning темпостата below is provided.

Components of a control system in the speed (темпостата)


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Find and check a condition of a safety lock of a contour of system.
  2. Ask the assistant to include stoplights, make sure of their operation (tension of stoplights and, in certain cases, from the switch of coupling deactivates a control system of speed).
  3. If stoplights do not work, or, on the contrary, there is no their shutdown at an otpuskaniye of a pedal of a brake, correct a cause of failure and repeat check темпостата. Check serviceability of the switch of coupling (Head Coupling and the transmission line).
  4. Visually examine the vacuum hoses connected to the servo-driver and check a condition of draft of management between the servo-driver темпостата and draft of a butterfly valve. In case of need make replacements.

  1. In work of a control system as speed signals of a set of sensors are used. On these models the sensor of speed is located in transmission (RKPP) or a transfer case. Give a bolt and disconnect the sensor, then, rotating the sensor watch indications of the digital voltmeter connected to it (Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases). If resistance at rotation of a cable does not change, the sensor is faulty.
