Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline / final collector
|

Before starting performance of procedure let's to the engine cool down completely. |
|
|
As the inlet pipeline and a final collector have the general laying, their removal is usually made at the same time. All hairpins and bolts should be moistened before an otdavaniye getting oil. |
Removal
|
|
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Moisten with getting oil of a carving of hairpins of fastening of a final collector and fastening bolts to a collector of a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases.
- Remove air purifier assembly (Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Disconnect cables of gas, a butterfly valve drive in a mode kik-Down (only models with AT) and темпостата (if it is provided) from the throttle case.

- Disconnect from the throttle case cables of gas, a butterfly valve drive in a mode kik-Down and темпостата (if it is provided).
|
- Mark and disconnect from a final collector all vacuum lines and electric sockets.
- Dump pressure of fuel and disconnect lines of giving and fuel return from assembly of the fuel highway (Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases). To Zakuporta open ends of lines.
- Weaken a tension of a tape driving belt (Head of Control and routine maintenance).
- Remove from the inlet pipeline the pump of system of hydrostrengthening of a wheel with an arm and put aside, without disconnecting from it hoses. Take care of that the pump was established down by a bottom in order to avoid an effluence from it to hydraulic liquid.
- Remove the fuel highway with injectors (Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Give nuts/bolts of fastening of the inlet pipeline.

Access to four of elements of fixture of the inlet pipeline (arrow) is possible from above - for an otdavaniye of the remained four elements it is necessary to reach under the pipeline.
|
- Slightly delay the pipeline from the engine, removing from directing pins on a head of cylinders, then take it from an impellent compartment.
- Give two bolts and nuts of fastening of a final collector to a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases and disconnect a pipe from a collector. A sealing ring throw out.
- Remove a final collector.

Installation
|
|
- Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces, having removed from them all traces of a material of old laying.
- If the pipeline/collector is subject to replacement, track, that on replaceable from the old all fixture was transferred.
- Establish on a head of cylinders new laying, having used for its fixing by directing plugs. Establish a final collector and tighten manually nuts.
- Freely establish on a head of cylinders the inlet pipeline.
- Establish fixing bolts of the pipeline and tighten all fixture in the order shown on an accompanying illustration with demanded effort. Pay attention that efforts of a tightening of extreme bolts differ from the other.

- Installation of the remained components is made as it should be, the return to a removal order. In knot of a joint of a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases and a final collector the new sealing ring is established.
- Start the engine and check it on leakages of the fuel, fulfilled gases and depression loss.
