Removal

|
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props (Head of Control and routine maintenance). Props substitute under frame elements so that the forward bridge sagged on all size of the course.

- Disconnect the sensor of level of impellent oil an arm of fastening of lines of cooling of transmission to an edge of rigidity of the pallet.

- Disconnect the sensor of level of oil (And) and a nut of fastening of lines of cooling of transmission (In).
|
- Give all bolts of the pallet of a case and separate the pallet from the engine. For destruction of a layer of prokladochny hermetic обстучите the pallet a hammer with soft the brisk.

In case the pallet does not give in to a detachment from the block instead of applying force make sure that all bolts of its fastening are given. |
- Turn the pallet sideways and down for its extraction back from under the car.

Installation
|
|
- Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the pallet of a case and the engine block, having removed from them all traces of a material of old laying and hermetic.

- Establish four centering pins in lobbies and back openings of fastening of the pallet in the block. Grease with surface RTV hermetic from both parties where the pallet is interfaced to a cover of the back radical bearing and the forward part interfaced to a cover of a chain and the block.
- Put the pallet to the seat, previously having laid laying (having put on it directing centering pins). Try not to shift laying at pallet installation. Screw by hand some bolts.
- Make sure that laying is not displaced and not damaged anywhere on all the perimeter. After installation of all bolts replace also with bolts centering pins.
- Since central and passing from outside to the party moving ahead to edges of the pallet, tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort.
- Further installation make as it should be, the return to a removal order.
- Add in the engine demanded amount of oil of the corresponding grade (Head of Control and routine maintenance) and replace the oil filter. Start the engine and check it on leaks before starting car operation in a usual mode.
