Engine assembly order after completion of its major maintenance
Before the beginning of assembly of the engine make sure available all necessary details, laying, epiploons, and also the following tools and materials:
- Usual set of the metalwork tool
- Face natural drives on 1/2 and 3/8 inches (9,5 and 13 mm)
- The tool for removal/installation of piston rings
- The tool for compression of piston rings
- The tool for installation of a damper of krutilny fluctuations
- Short pieces of rubber or polyethylene hoses for putting on on bolts of fastening of covers of shatunny bearings for the purpose of protection against damages of mirrors of cylinders and necks of a cranked shaft
- Set for measurement of gaps in bearings by means of the calibrated plastic wire (Plastigage)
- Set щупов lezviyny type
- File with small tooth
- Fresh impellent oil
- Assembly or molibdensoderzhashchy greasing
- Prokladochny hermetic
- Hermetic for fixing of carving connections
For the purpose of economy of time and reduction of arising problems assembly of the engine should be made in the following order:
- New bearings of a camshaft (are established in a car-care center workshop)
- Piston rings
- Cranked shaft and radical bearings
- Shatunno-porshnevye assemblies
- Oil pump
- Camshaft and hydraulic pushers
- Case pallet
- Head of cylinders
- Distributive chain with asterisks
- Head (and) cylinders, bar of pushers and yoke
- Cover of a distributive chain
- Inlet pipeline and final collector (ы)
- Cover (and) heads (ok) cylinders
- Flywheel / driving disk
